Quin-

Quin Stevens

Quin is a Palm Beach County native and is a third generation Florida native.

She attended Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and received her bachelor’s degree in Real Estate. To help pay her way through college, she worked as a courier and processor for her family’s title insurance company.  Her initial plan was to become an attorney and she only planned on working at her family’s title insurance business for a short time.  Quin became the office manager and in 1995, she moved to Jupiter and opened up a satellite office. In 2002, she opened Town Title, Inc.  As a result of her lifelong career in title insurance, Quin provides over 30 years of experience.  She is proud to offer excellent customer service, attention to detail, and professionalism.  These are qualities that Quin has brought to her company and has passed on to her staff.

Quin lives in Jupiter Farms with her husband and two daughters. Quin enjoys fitness, painting, jewelry-making, and home improvement projects.

Meghan Castle

Meghan started working at Town Title while still attending high school and on through college.

She has been with Town Title since 2003.  With her years of training and experience, she has gained valuable knowledge and expertise.  Meghan stays on top of the ever-changing regulations and requirements in the industry and she is a valuable asset to the company.  She is Quin’s administrative assistant, in addition to her duties as a title processor.

Meghan is a Jupiter native and grew up in Jupiter Farms. She now lives in Stuart with her husband and three children.

Susan Fitzgerald-Clifford

Sue was born and raised in West Palm Beach.

She lived most of her life in Palm Beach County.   She started her title insurance career in 1973. For over 25 years, she owned Community Title Corp. in West Palm Beach. In 2002, she sold her company and joined Quin, her daughter, at Town Title.  Sue was always so proud that Quin followed in her footsteps and carried on the tradition of a family title insurance agency.  Sue’s work ethic, people skills and knowledge of the business carried through to her career at Town Title.
